I have been in the car and truck business for over 13 years. Prior to this I worked in Public Accounting so my experience comes full circle, from greeting the customer all the way to financial statement and audit.
Right from the start, my first day at a dealership I was learning hands-on, digging out information from the DMS and figuring out ways to make processes stronger and more efficient.
Now, as a dealership consultant, I am able to not only continue working in an industry I love, but I’m able to share with Controllers, Office managers, and CFOs, how to take on the whole dealership. Teaching them to get out from behind the desk and work WITH department managers to increase profits and customer satisfaction.
